Just wanted to shoot a quick little thing here to say that I've moved my short stories and the Helikias Legacy to tumblr...
Here's the link for it if you want to go and read the stuff that I have there. I'm probably, pretty soon, going to put the short stories I have up here onto it as well... I won't delete them from here, no... this was the first place that I actually created the inner thinkings of Ulic, Je'lie, and the others, so I don't want to delete it.
http://helikiaslegacy.tumblr.com/
There it is, if anyone is interested. I'm also doing a 30 day writing challenge placing Ulic and Je'lie in all types of different situations. So far I'm on day 3. Day 1 was putting them in the Hogwarts world of Harry Potter. Day 2 was Zombies. (Self explanitory). And day 3 was Midieval. I had a lot of fun writing day 3. Tomorrow is spies... That one should be fun since Je'lie already is a spy... haha. So we'll see how fun it is!
Hope you all do go and read what I've written. Got information on the characters and even pictures of them as well... And some new characters too.

Honor... and... Alcohol?
She stood tall across the room from him, her chin tilted upwards in that slight smirk that she could hold. He was slightly perplexed by that smirk. That one smirk was what had gotten him into his world of trouble that he was now in. And yet, he wouldn't have traded that moment for the world. The way she sauntered up to him, helmet under her arm and held tightly, her hair billowing slightly in the breeze of the planet he had been on. And then her lips were moving, and he found himself stuck as if he was under a spell.
"You look like an honorable man... Do you drink that honor away on nights where you feel alone and useless?"
The words had caught him off kilter, and he hadn't had a response to them at the time. But now, a year later, here she was once again, standing there in front of him. Albeit, she wasn't wearing her armor, just a tight fitting shirt and leggings, but she still held that sense of honor and hope in her eyes, as if her journey was still beginning and hadn't gone far. But she had gone far. He could see it in her eyes. She had seen many things. Things that many people should not have to witness, that he wished he'd never have to witness.
"I do," he whispered, causing her to blink in slight confusion. And then he was the one smirking towards her. "I do drink my honor away on nights that I feel alone and useless..."
Belted laughter met that statement, coming from the woman across from him, and she curled in on herself, her head shaking back and forth. "Some Jedi you are!" And then she was gaining control of herself slightly, her laughter dying down to little snickers as she righted herself once again, her smile growing as she crossed the room to him.
Of course, he couldn't see the color of her eyes, a golden brown. Nor could he see her brunette color of her hair, but that didn't matter to him. He saw a larger picture. How the Force wove around her and through her, but not a part of her in a sense like it was with Force sensitive people. And just that sight invigorated him greatly. How could someone of her flavor of life invigorate him as she did?
Upon her clearing her throat, he quickly came out of his thoughts about her and shook his head. Satisfied that he was once again listening to her, she let a smile grace her lips, "So, Jetii... Is this one of those nights? Because My honor is high an I'd like to drink it away... at least for a little while... No inhibitions!"
He floundered for a moment, taken back by her sudden proposition. Hadn't she been married the last time he had met her? Yes. He remembered clearly the male Mandalorian that wasn't far behind her, a show of adoration on his face for the woman that was in front of him. So what had happened? Where was her husband now? And why was she asking him this question of all things?
"Your husband?" He asked, his golden blond eyebrows raising slightly in his quest to fish information out of her.
Her smile slipped from her face, and he watched as the Force around her seemed to billow in sadness, as if a tragic event had happened. "He's... Not around anymore," she whispered, fingering at her throat where a ring was on a golden chain. And then she was spinning away from him, waving her hand through the air, "Forget it, jetii! It was a stupid question..."
"I lost my wife too," he murmured to her retreating form. Those words caused her to halt and quickly spin back to him, her eyes going wide. "A little over twenty years ago..."
And then she was sagging her shoulders, "Come. We'll drink to their memories..." Shooting back over her shoulders, she smiled softly, "Come, Askatofa... The mighty Altiera Cadera waits for no man! If you plan to drink with me, then you better shake a leg and fall in line!"
With that, she was leaving him standing there, his jaw hanging open. She was such a perplexing woman, and he loved that about her. He was brought out of his thoughts once again as his son came up beside him, looking in the direction that he was. "Father?"
"Je'lie," he cleared his voice, coming back to the present and shaking his head. "I am sorry..."
A small smirk upturned his lips, and he let a little chuckle leave his lips before he was patting Askatofa's shoulder ever so slightly, "Go after her. Altiera is a tough nut to crack, but once you get through that beskar armor of hers, she's nothing but soft... The challenge is daunting, yes, but the reward is worth every battle and hardship taken..."
"Honor and alcohol, eh?" Askatofa smirked for a moment before he went emotionless again, and then he was striding off after Altiera.
"Honor... and... Alcohol?" Je'lie mumbled, confused as to his father's last words. And then he was shrugging before turning on his heel and walking in the opposite direction, heading towards the meditation room to see if Reilik and Torian wished to train for a while.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
And another short story. This one deals with Altiera and Askatofa with a slight appearance of Je'lie at the end.
Altiera is a Mandalorian bounty hunter that is Torian Cadera's aunt. Of course, she's only a couple years older than him, but she is still a capable hunter. She's Torian's mother's younger sister. When Jincoln had taken most of the Cadera clan with him when he decided to go against Mandalore, Altiera stayed and fought for the honor of her clan. That's how she met her husband, Jason Ordo, who was the younger brother of the Ordo clan's captain Erik. Jason married her, not caring that she was an aruteii. He loved her and that's all that mattered. They had two beautiful boys together. But a year before the story starts, she looses her boys and her husband to an attack by the Empire. Her husband angered too many Moffs with his attitude towards them and their beliefs that Mandalorians are just dogs that should listen to their Empire masters. Je'lie, who she is amazingly good friends with, contacts her to rescue Ellona from Taris after she is shipped there by the Republic.
Askatofa is a Jedi Counselor that is Je'lie's father. He still looks amazingly young, and Altiera jokes with him sometimes about how he could actually pass off as Je'lie's brother. When his village was decimated by the Empire, he was told by the Jedi Council that his wife and child had been murdered by the Moff that had headed the attack. Devastated over the loss of his family, he tried to pull away from the Jedi, but they wouldn't let him. After making him see the light once again, he ended up becoming a mentor to Quaylish. But it always nagged at him in the back of his head, as if the Force was calling to him, that his son was still alive and out there. Finally, he could not take it and left the Jedi, disappearing from contacts and everyone. Of course, with help from his friends, Je'lie is finally reunited with his father.
I really don't have any inspiration for this one... It kind of just manifested itself in my mind and I ran with it. :)
Warning! *Spoilers* for the Imperial Agent storyline... Not a lot of spoilers, but some... You have been warned!
His body ached him as he desperately fought to gain control of his tongue. What was wrong with him? He tried speaking his mind once again, only to have his words jumble, pain erupting through his mind. He grabbed his head in agony before lashing out at the chair that was in front of him in his room.
It was so aggravating! He didn't know what to say, what to do! Why had this happened? He was a loyal servant of the Empire, did as he was told always. He never deterred from the plan. And yet, some Republic SIS agent says one word and uses him as a puppet.
Vector was standing in the doorway, his facial features looking a little worried. "Agent? Your aura..."
He desperately wanted to tell him that something was incredibly wrong, that someone was manipulating him, but as he opened his mouth to say the words, his lips took on a mind of their own. "I'm fine, Vector..."
"You don't seem fine, agent," Vector added, taking a step into the room. "But we must admit that being human is a little beyond us, now that we are Dawn Herald... Bet we thought that attacking a chair without preamble meant something was wrong."
"It's..." He startled, rolling his tongue around in his mouth for a moment before trying a different tactic. "It's complicated..." Good, at least he could say that much. "A little trouble, but I will face it..."
"May we assist in any way?" The Joiner asked, holding out a hand towards him. "We do not like seeing your aura as it is..."
"And what does my aura look like?" Je'lie asked, trying to take his mind off of the horrid events that had just transpired to him.
"Usually full of fire, full of life, intoxicating," Vector explained, a small reminiscent smile coming to his lips.And then it was gone, his lips terse and pulled together, "But now... it's almost... sickly..."
Je'lie allowed himself to sit down on his bed, putting his hands into his hair and grabbing on tightly, "Just... be here for me?" There was silence, and he wondered if the Joiner had left him, but then he felt the bed bend slightly under him, and he quickly looked up, only to see Vector sitting beside him.
"Always, agent," Vector smiled softly once again, placing his hand on the Miralukan's shoulder.
"I feel..." He started, wanting to say used, but what came out next caused him to growl at himself. "Fine..."
"Something has happened," Vector supplied for him, and as much as he wanted to nod his head to acknowledge the fact, his body made his head shake his head in a negative. He wanted to cry, but knew it futile. "Perhaps we should call your Sith friend? Maybe he could..."
"No!" Je'lie cried out, shaking his hands in front of him. And then he calmed slightly, taking in a deep breath, "Leave Desiterus out of this... He'll just... screw things... up..." By this time, his migraine had returned, and he moaned out, rubbing a finger on his temple. "Damned SIS..." He felt pain explode through his body at just those words, and he garbled out before collapsing backwards onto the bed.
"Agent!" Vector cried out, worry evident on his face, even if it couldn't be seen in those soulless black eyes. "Something is deathly wrong..."
"I'm... fine..." he grit out between clenched teeth. No! Not what I wanted to say!
Watcher X, who had constantly been talking to him about how futile it would be to try and fight what was happening to him at this moment in time seemed to laugh at him, and he moaned, draping an arm over his face. "Just... stop..." he finally whimpered, hoping to not activate any more pain.
That was when he felt Vector's hand on his cheek, and he allowed his hand to slip from his face. "Something is wrong," the Joiner said once again, his eyebrows creasing together. "You said a little bit of trouble..."
He nodded gently and slowly, awaiting the pain, but it never came. And he silently thanked whoever was listening that pain hadn't exploded once again through his head.
"And you are incapable of speaking it," Vector whispered. Once again a small nod, and Je'lie felt a small victory at that. But Vector's face made his feeling of victory fade away. "We do not like this, agent..."
"Je'lie," Je'lie whispered, rubbing his face with his gloved hand.
"Agent?"
"My name is Je'lie... Je'lie Muteser," he whispered once again, as if fearing that saying his name would even invoke the pain.
"Why are you telling me..." Vector started, only to quiet down as the agent sat up.
"Just... in case," he stated confidently, leaning forward and allowing his forehead to rest against Vector's chest, no caring if the man was angered at the act. "Thank you, Vector..."
"Why thank us, a... Je'lie?" Vector asked, sounding perplexed.
"For... being here. For being you. For... not leaving. It means the world to me," Je'lie whispered, feeling peaceful for the first time in a few days. It was a shame that the feeling wouldn't last, and soon he would be doing things that he wished he never had to do.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
So I've been playing Je'lie recently (whenever I get the chance with the kids) And I've just started on Taris... But... I couldn't help but completely feel saddened and my heart feeling Very heavy for what happens to my poor Je'lie once joining Hunter and the other SIS agents. If I could, I would totally strangle their necks... and Imperial Intelligence as well... Damn Code Words and their brainwashing tendencies!
If it was possible, I would be neither Republic or Empire at this point in time... They're both corrupt, they're both wrong... They have their goodness each, but they both also have their evil... Yes, the Republic does have evil amongst it!
But enough of that rambling... I thought up the idea for this story after I had started going through this part of the storyline. And I thought, well, Je'lie, the almighty Je'lie... The man that refused to bow to a Sith and paid the consequences constantly for his not listening to his superiors except for Keeper... He wouldn't go down without a fight with this part of the story line.
So I envisioned what would happen when he returned to his ship and away from the SIS, how he would react to not being able to say his mind, to do what he wanted against the people that had caused him that strife, that pain.
Of course, Je'lie has a budding relationship with Vector going on, so that is added in there as well... Vector just seems like the kind of man to worry about his agent... since mine seems to in a sense... at least that's what I feel like when I talk with him... In one of the conversations he wanted to know about Je'lie's past... and that blossomed in here as well with Je'lie telling him his true name, something he never let's anyone know about.

Awkward Moment for Ulic
She stared at him, her eyes narrowing greatly as he just stood there. Ulic stood close by, shifting from one foot to the other, his worry permeating through the Force, knowing how volatile Kenna Helikias could actually be if nudged in the wrong direction.
He hoped it didn't come to anything. He didn't want to step between his agent and his old one night stand. His leg smarted, his body ached, and his head was killing him. All he wanted was to take a dip in one of the Kolto tanks that they had for a couple of hours before rolling into his bed and sleeping off his massive migraine.
But he didn't want to leave the two alone for even a second. He knew the dangers it would cause, especially since Quaylish had taken a liking to Je'lie the moment he had seen the Cipher agent. "Can we all sit? How about some nice warm tea or coffee?" He asked, rubbing his face for a moment before moaning. "Let's do something other than a staring contest, alright?"
"So. You're Ulic's new play thing, are you?" Kenna hissed at Je'lie. To Je'lie's credit, the Miralukan just stood there, his lips pursing into a thin line. "You know once he's done with you he'll just walk right out, don't you? Mandalorians are like that..."
"Hey!" Ulic yelled out, feeling slightly hurt. "If my memory serves me correctly, you're the one that walked out on me!"
"After you stole the Darkblade!" She growled at him, allowing her Force to ripple out from her. Ulic winced slightly from the edge it had, but Je'lie just stood there. She threw her hands into the air, "Ugh! Don't you talk?"
"I do, only when someone earns my respect," the agent countered onto her, and if he could, he would have glared. He was not pleased. As she growled at him, clenching her fists, he smirked slightly, "And you call yourself a Jedi? I thought Jedi were supposed to not have any emotion..."
"I'm no longer a Jedi, agent," she countered onto him, pointing at Ulic. "The moment he ruined me..."
"Wait a minute!" Ulic yelled out, feeling as if she'd injured his pride. "I did no such thing... You're the one that ruined me!" A small smirk came to his face at his next words, "You thought I was... what did you say... 'Dashing eye candy that you wanted a piece of.'"
Kenna blushed greatly before pointing at him, "The decent thing you could have done was walk away..."
"Back then I wasn't decent," he shrugged, knowing that no matter what he said it wouldn't be good enough. "I didn't become decent like you think for a couple more years..."
"Mother," Quaylish's voice entered their ears, and Ulic quickly snapped his mouth shut as the boy came walking into the room, looking at all of them. A smile seemed to come to the boy's face as he looked up at Ulic, "Father! I was just coming to ask mother where you were..."
Kenna frowned greatly, "Your father is too busy to do anything with you, Quaylish. Why don't you go see if your uncles will train you..."
"But mother," Quaylish sighed.
"Hey! I'm not busy," Ulic countered, only to go quiet at Je'lie's next comment.
"You don't want his son near him, do you?"
Kenna narrowed her gaze at both of them, "You're damned right I don't want my Quaylish near that sperm donor! He's nothing but dishonorable and unfit to be a parent..."
Her words stung. They cut deeply at his heart. And he swallowed the lump that was in his throat. "He has a right to see his son, to teach him what he knows," Je'lie argued, and Ulic could just feel the anger radiating from the agent.
A head peeked into the lounge, and Ulic moaned as he saw Reilik looking slightly confused, "Je'lie? I felt..." His words stopped dead as he saw the situation. "Kenna, what..."
"He wants Quaylish to spend time with the sperm donor!" Kenna rounded onto him, turning to face him with anger in her eyes.
"Oh," the Dark Jedi replied, seeming a little out of place, and hating himself for even asking. He looked from Quaylish to Ulic and back. "Kenna, I don't really see a problem with Quaylish spending time with his father..." He then shrugged, "Quaylish, you want to spend time with your dad, don't you?"
"Of course Uncle Reilik!" Quaylish smiled.
"There you have it!" Reilik nodded before smiling to Ulic, "And Ulic. You want to spend time with you son, don't you?"
"Of course, but..." The bounty hunter started, only to stop as Reilik beamed.
"Done! Go ahead, Quaylish! Spend time with Ulic!"
"Reilik," Kenna growled, her eyes narrowing at Ulic as the Chiss gulped slightly, looking from his son that was a spitting image of himself to Kenna.
"Hm?" The Dark Jedi asked, not seeming to notice the awkward position he had placed Ulic in.
"This isn't like your situation with Asha..."
"Sure it is!" Reilik beamed once again. "If you want to get technical, little sister, then I was a sperm donor as well... At least Ulic made an attempt many times to see Quaylish and give him a life. You just decided it wouldn't be the best for your son and denied him that fact!"
Ulic moaned before placing his hand over his face. "Alright, that's it..." Everyone turned to look at him. "I'm hurting, I'm tired, and I've got one of the worst migraines I have ever experienced. Now that I feel so out of sorts from everyone... I'm going to put myself in a Kolto tank for a few hours and then I'm going to go train..." He looked at his son, who was looking a little let down, "Kid, as soon as I'm out and cleaned off, you can join me and I'll teach you how to shoot a blaster, how about that?" As Quaylish seemed bursting with joy, he jabbed a thumb towards Je'lie, "Until then, hang out with this burly guy, would you? He's technically your daddy in a sense too..."
Je'lie blushed slightly as he turned to look at the Chiss, "Ulic..."
"And now the tables have turned," Ulic beamed before leaning in and kissing Je'lie's cheek. "Alright, husband, I'm going to be in the med bay in one of the tanks. If I don't come out of there in a few hours, come and release me." He then looked back down at Quaylish, who was eying Je'lie with a new found wonder, "Go ahead and call him dad or daddy, kid. It'll please me to no extent and make him feel great!" With that, he started walking away.
"Ulic!" Je'lie called to him.
"And now you're in the awkward moment!" The bounty hunter yelled back to him before he was gone, leaving the other three adults looking at each other, before feelings gone. Confusion only remained.
"So... dad..." Quaylish smirked at Je'lie, causing the man to shift in his place. "What do you want to do?"
"You're not going to call me anything other than that, are you?" Je'lie sighed, and Quaylish shook his head.
"Nope. Father wants me to call you that, so I will."
Reilik snickered slightly before waving to the agent, "Have fun, Je'lie! I'm going back to Torian! Asha was keeping him busy..."
"No! Reilik! Wait!" Je'lie cried out, holding his hand out as if that would stop the Dark Jedi from leaving. But of course it didn't, and he was left in the room with Kenna and Quaylish.
The former Jedi smirked at him evilly, "Enjoy your time with my son... He'll eat you up and spit you out." And then she was leaving.
Quaylish snickered for a moment before shaking his head and sighing before slipping into a seat and sitting down. "Alright dad, why don't we just sit here and talk. I want to know more about the man that my father loves..."
Why was it Je'lie just felt as if he had been chained to a chair and left for the worst torture the galaxy had to offer?
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Another short little story. This time with a few characters that Ulic and the group pick up on Corescant. Kenna Helikias is Reilik and Zeik's younger and boisterous sister. She had a one night stand kind of thing with Ulic during the sacking of the Jedi temple that he was a part of. That resulted in Quaylish, Ulic's son. The boy, Kenna hates to admit, is a spitting image of his father in looks and in attitude.
Kenna hates Ulic with a passion, even though Ulic made plenty of attempts to be in Quaylish's life. Kenna denied every single one of them. And even when Ulic had sent his friend Jilly, a smuggler for the Republic, to talk Kenna into coming with her so that Ulic could meet his son, Kenna refused.
Quaylish, on the other hand, loves and adores his father, and has taken a liking to Je'lie as well. He tends to tag along after the two of them whenever he can and whenever his mother does not force him to train with his uncles.
He hoped it didn't come to anything. He didn't want to step between his agent and his old one night stand. His leg smarted, his body ached, and his head was killing him. All he wanted was to take a dip in one of the Kolto tanks that they had for a couple of hours before rolling into his bed and sleeping off his massive migraine.
Kenna frowned greatly, "Your father is too busy to do anything with you, Quaylish. Why don't you go see if your uncles will train you..."
"But mother," Quaylish sighed.
"Hey! I'm not busy," Ulic countered, only to go quiet at Je'lie's next comment.
"You don't want his son near him, do you?"
Kenna narrowed her gaze at both of them, "You're damned right I don't want my Quaylish near that sperm donor! He's nothing but dishonorable and unfit to be a parent..."
Her words stung. They cut deeply at his heart. And he swallowed the lump that was in his throat. "He has a right to see his son, to teach him what he knows," Je'lie argued, and Ulic could just feel the anger radiating from the agent.
A head peeked into the lounge, and Ulic moaned as he saw Reilik looking slightly confused, "Je'lie? I felt..." His words stopped dead as he saw the situation. "Kenna, what..."
"He wants Quaylish to spend time with the sperm donor!" Kenna rounded onto him, turning to face him with anger in her eyes.
"Oh," the Dark Jedi replied, seeming a little out of place, and hating himself for even asking. He looked from Quaylish to Ulic and back. "Kenna, I don't really see a problem with Quaylish spending time with his father..." He then shrugged, "Quaylish, you want to spend time with your dad, don't you?"
"Of course Uncle Reilik!" Quaylish smiled.
"There you have it!" Reilik nodded before smiling to Ulic, "And Ulic. You want to spend time with you son, don't you?"
"Of course, but..." The bounty hunter started, only to stop as Reilik beamed.
"Done! Go ahead, Quaylish! Spend time with Ulic!"
"Reilik," Kenna growled, her eyes narrowing at Ulic as the Chiss gulped slightly, looking from his son that was a spitting image of himself to Kenna.
"Hm?" The Dark Jedi asked, not seeming to notice the awkward position he had placed Ulic in.
"This isn't like your situation with Asha..."
"Sure it is!" Reilik beamed once again. "If you want to get technical, little sister, then I was a sperm donor as well... At least Ulic made an attempt many times to see Quaylish and give him a life. You just decided it wouldn't be the best for your son and denied him that fact!"
Ulic moaned before placing his hand over his face. "Alright, that's it..." Everyone turned to look at him. "I'm hurting, I'm tired, and I've got one of the worst migraines I have ever experienced. Now that I feel so out of sorts from everyone... I'm going to put myself in a Kolto tank for a few hours and then I'm going to go train..." He looked at his son, who was looking a little let down, "Kid, as soon as I'm out and cleaned off, you can join me and I'll teach you how to shoot a blaster, how about that?" As Quaylish seemed bursting with joy, he jabbed a thumb towards Je'lie, "Until then, hang out with this burly guy, would you? He's technically your daddy in a sense too..."
Je'lie blushed slightly as he turned to look at the Chiss, "Ulic..."
"And now the tables have turned," Ulic beamed before leaning in and kissing Je'lie's cheek. "Alright, husband, I'm going to be in the med bay in one of the tanks. If I don't come out of there in a few hours, come and release me." He then looked back down at Quaylish, who was eying Je'lie with a new found wonder, "Go ahead and call him dad or daddy, kid. It'll please me to no extent and make him feel great!" With that, he started walking away.
"Ulic!" Je'lie called to him.
"And now you're in the awkward moment!" The bounty hunter yelled back to him before he was gone, leaving the other three adults looking at each other, before feelings gone. Confusion only remained.
"So... dad..." Quaylish smirked at Je'lie, causing the man to shift in his place. "What do you want to do?"
"You're not going to call me anything other than that, are you?" Je'lie sighed, and Quaylish shook his head.
"Nope. Father wants me to call you that, so I will."
Reilik snickered slightly before waving to the agent, "Have fun, Je'lie! I'm going back to Torian! Asha was keeping him busy..."
"No! Reilik! Wait!" Je'lie cried out, holding his hand out as if that would stop the Dark Jedi from leaving. But of course it didn't, and he was left in the room with Kenna and Quaylish.
The former Jedi smirked at him evilly, "Enjoy your time with my son... He'll eat you up and spit you out." And then she was leaving.
Quaylish snickered for a moment before shaking his head and sighing before slipping into a seat and sitting down. "Alright dad, why don't we just sit here and talk. I want to know more about the man that my father loves..."
Why was it Je'lie just felt as if he had been chained to a chair and left for the worst torture the galaxy had to offer?
Another short little story. This time with a few characters that Ulic and the group pick up on Corescant. Kenna Helikias is Reilik and Zeik's younger and boisterous sister. She had a one night stand kind of thing with Ulic during the sacking of the Jedi temple that he was a part of. That resulted in Quaylish, Ulic's son. The boy, Kenna hates to admit, is a spitting image of his father in looks and in attitude.
Kenna hates Ulic with a passion, even though Ulic made plenty of attempts to be in Quaylish's life. Kenna denied every single one of them. And even when Ulic had sent his friend Jilly, a smuggler for the Republic, to talk Kenna into coming with her so that Ulic could meet his son, Kenna refused.
Quaylish, on the other hand, loves and adores his father, and has taken a liking to Je'lie as well. He tends to tag along after the two of them whenever he can and whenever his mother does not force him to train with his uncles.
"Let them come, I'm responsible for more bodies than a Corescant cemetary."
"I like assassinating assassins, they always look so surprised."
He remembered his words clearly, how easily it was to say them, to not care about another's life. How much he had changed.
"Je?" Ulic's voice brought him out of his reverie, causing him to lazily turn his head to look at the Chiss. "You alright, cyare?"
"Hm?" He asked in a daze before nodding. "Oh. Yes. Yes I am..."
The bounty hunter just gave him a look, a slight frown tinting the edges of his lips. "Are you sure, mate? Because I haven't seen you this spaced out in at least a year..."
"It's just this place, that's all," he responded cryptically, a frown marring his lips as he looked out the front of the bridge to look at the looming hanger in front of them. He then ran a hand over his face, a sigh breaking loose, "Do you mind if I... If I stay on the ship? I'll watch Zeik and Ellona, make sure no one can get her for the bounty..."
He supposed Ulic could see something within his stature that had the Chiss backing down greatly. "Sure, cyare. You stay on the ship and keep an eye on those two, alright? I'll take our little play toy with me and we'll get out supplies..." And then he was placing a hand firmly on Je'lie's shoulder, squeezing it with affection, "You know you can tell me anything, cyare..."
"I was a different person back then," he whispered, rubbing his forehead as a headache started. "I was a Cipher..." The silence from Ulic was deafening, but the agent knew it wasn't from surprise, but respect. Je'lie never spoke of his time as a Cipher.
A small torque of a smile graced the agent's lips as he remembered his days on Nar Shadaa, "The Exchange probably still hates me for all of the carnage I left among them..."
He stood there with Kayilo, a devastating grin plastered to his lips. She was looking at him as if he had grown a second head, "You're kidding me, right agent?"
"I don't kid, Kayilo," he responded, his accent breaking through to cause her to widen her eyes.
"You wouldn't," she hissed, her hand going to her side where her blaster was.
"Oh. I would," he chuckled darkly, kneeling behind a bench and pulling his sniping rifle from his back, lining up a shot across the square they were in that was littered with Exchange members. "And I will!"
With that, he was letting off a round, watching in satisfaction as the ambush worked miraculously. The man went down, crumpling with a blown to pieces head. And then the yell went out and around, causing all of the members of the Exchange there to turn in their direction, their attention turning onto Kayilo as she was standing there.
She cursed at him as he ducked and rolled before standing and pulling his gun with him. "You're an asshole!"
"Yes, but I'm an asshole that gets the job done," he hastily replied as he dug into his pack and pulled out some grenades before tossing them towards the oncoming men. A sadistic smile came to his face then as he continued to walk forward, stepping over bodies that dropped like flies to his ministrations.
Kayilo was trying to keep up with him, sending blaster fire into the fray of Exchange members that dared to attack him. What felt like hours, but was only minutes later, and Je'lie was standing with a ring of dead bodies around him, some of them charred from explosions, some of them twitching from the electric vibro blade that he had stuck through their heart, and others still with exploded heads from his moving sniping shot.
She was standing behind him, taking in deep breaths and looking a little tired. Upon him spinning to look at her, she saw the enjoyment on his face. "You got a suicide wish, agent?" She growled, only to receive a shrug from him. "Next time, leave me outta it!"
"It got the job done, didn't it?" He snidely replied to her, causing her to frown even more at him. And then he was beaming slightly, "And now, let's go do our other mission, shall we?"
She watched him spin on his heel and step over the lifeless body that was in front of him. And without even stopping for a moment, he continued on, his gait showing one of power and lethality as he leisurely walked on.
"Who in their right mind would want to get near that of all things?" She asked herself almost silently. "That damn agent could be the grim reaper for all I know... with how nonchalant he is about the whole death thing."
And then she was catching up to him, "Hey! Agent!"
"What is it?" He asked, not looking over at her but continuing on.
"What's with you and the killing thing? You almost seem to get a sick pleasure out of it..."
At this, he did look over at her, a smirk coming to his face before tapping the sunglasses that were over his eyes, "These eyes..." It was cryptic. It was short. And it annoyed the hell out of Kayilo.
"What about them?"
"I don't see like you do, like anyone else. I see with the Force." He then shrugged, "It is how my people are."
"So... You're blind," she replied to his explination, and he snorted, shaking his head.
"If you wish to think of it that way, then go ahead, think of it that way..." He then shrugged, a smirk once again coming to his face, "I like assassinating assassins, they always look so surprised..."
She just eyed him for a moment before shaking her head, "You really do have a suicidal tendency, don't you?"
"Only when around my father," he gave her a rather large Chesire grin, "and when Watcher Two is involved..."
"You don't like that woman, do you?"
The question was laced with emotion, one Je'lie couldn't return as he burst out laughing. "You do know, Kayilo, that I'm not your type..."
"Oh, how do you know what my type is?" She asked, a frown coming to her lips.
"I don't," he replied easily. "But you're definatley not equipped right for me." He belted out in laughter before shaking his head. As it finally dawned on Kayilo what he was talking about, she snorted before the laughter escape her lips as well.
"You're gay!"
"And rather proud of it," he nodded, not really caring what she thought. He then shrugged, "Now. Back onto Watcher Two..." He shivered slightly, "That woman is just too..." He sighed, "I can't quite place it. But she just infuriates me whenever she speaks... As if she's higher on the food chain..."
~*~
Ulic seemed surprised as he eyed Je'lie at this point, "Cyare..." As the agent eyed him, he broke out into a wide grin, "I never knew you were so blood thirsty back then..." As he opened his mouth to say something, Ulic cut him off, "It's a shame that we couldn't have met up when I had missions on Nar Shadaa as well... I could have used that insatable desire to kill with the shit that I went through..."
"You're incorrigable!" Je'lie rolled his eyes before grabbing the top of Ulic's chestpiece and yanking the Chiss forward before mashing his lips against the bounty hunter's. Upon both pulling away for air, Je'lie sighed, "Just get going and come back in one piece, alright? I'll check on those bounties that you've starred for us and get some more intel on them..."
"What would I do without you?" Ulic beamed, pecking Je'lie on the cheek before spinning on his heel to run off.
"Probably struggle to get intel on your bounties and their associates," Je'lie rounded on him before sitting back down in the Captian's chair. "Now get going... We'll discuss this more when you get back... And if you're good and bring me back something interesting, there might be a special something in it for you..."
With that, Ulic was gone, leaving Je'lie sitting there and looking back out at the moon that was so densely populated with the scum of the universe. And then he chuckled as he remembered what else he had told his employer upon taking that job. "Let them come. I'm responsible for more bodies than a Corescant cemetary... How true that was. How incredibly true."
Alright. Another little short story. This one is a little bit about Je'lie's past while on Nar Shadaa... This story transpired after I was playing the game today... I left my computer to take care of my youngest son. I had placed Je'lie in a safe position... "Safe" being the operative word. I came back to be moved from that position and a ring of dead corpses littered around me. My oldest son was sitting in my chair beaming up at me and rambling away. Either my companion was really good at keeping me safe and not dying, or my son figured out how to fight with Je'lie. I wouldn't put the second option beyond him.
He had also toggled off the auto run so Je'lie ended up walking when I went to move him... He is also in a very badass outfit right now, so here goes this Imperial Agent, walking out of a ring of dead corpses as if to go, "Yeah. I'm badass. You wanna try your luck?" I don't think I've laughed that hard in ages.
So this story sprouted up, and I couldn't pass up the opportunity. I also want to thank my friend for inspiring me to put this down as a story on here. I wasn't really going to, but then he said it was good writing material and my mind went from there! Thanks Ron! :)
Innocence is... Overrated
Torian watched the two of them closely, a small smile flitting on his lips for a moment before it disappeared. Reilik was a natural. He was a natural father, no trying involved.
They had gone to Tattooine so that Reilik could finally meet his daughter - a precious little girl with a fighting spirit - and Reilik at once had fallen in love. She was a spitfire, even at her tender age of eight, all legs and lank. But boy could she hold her own against kids her age and older.
Torian had commented on how she had a Mando'ad heart, and he could not wait to watch her grow and become an amazing warrior. The girl's mother, though, was dying, and there was nothing any of them could do, including Ulic. The medic had been devastated that he could not save her, and had actually spent the next two days holed up in his room refusing to exit to cook or eat.
The bounty hunter had quickly agreed to allow the girl to travel with them, and thus lead to their predicament at this moment in time. She, at that moment in time, was skipping around the lounge, giggling and playing in a sense. Reilik was sitting on the couch, his mind on the holopad that was in front of him.
Torian felt his heart move. The man was still trying to silently struggle with what had been done to him in the Imperial prison on Dromund Kaas. He was also trying to seem strong for his daughter who had just joined them.
It was at that point that the little girl stopped her skipping in front of Reilik, leaning forward and tapping his shoulder, her fiery hair swaying from side to side as she bobbed her head to a nonexistent melody. The Dark Jedi looked up at her, slightly startled to see her standing there, and she gave him an award winning smile as she leaned forward and fake whispered to him.
"Daddy..."
He closed his eyes in enjoyment at that word as she spoke to him. "Hmm?"
"I approve of you and Mr. Torian!" She beamed, bouncing on the balls of her feet and giggling as Reilik started sputtering. "He tells me all the time how much he likes you and enjoys time with you..." She then nodded, as if it was a secret she was revealing for the world, "And you tell me all the time how much you like Mr. Torian and enjoy time with him as well..."
And then she was jumping onto him, wrapping her arms around him and looking up into his shocked face, "So I'm getting you two together!"
"Asha... wait... what... I..." Reilik was at a loss for words, his eyes going wide as she untangled herself from him and left him sitting there, slightly confused and feeling embarrassed.
Torian watched with hidden amusement as she skipped over to him before looking up at him with those eyes that were an exact match of Reilik's. The smile that was on her face was almost an exact replica of her father's as well. He barely registered her words as she spoke to him next. "Will you take daddy out on a date?" The hope in her eyes almost caused Torian to melt right there.
Oh yes. She was her father's daughter. Very deadly without even realizing it.
She almost pouted as he didn't answer her, lost in his thoughts. "I promise to get uncle Zeik to watch over me so I don't have to go with you two!"
Upon Reilik sputtering once again from his position, Torian smirked. But before he could say anything, little Asha was wagging her finger up at him, her feet spread slightly and her other hand upon her hip. Probably trying to intimidate him. Bless her.
"But it has to be nice!" He opened his mouth to say something, but she cut him off, "And no fighting involved! And romantic!" She then smiled up at him, "And dinner! You have to take daddy to dinner! A nice dinner!"
He looked over at Reilik, only to see the man looking rather ashamed and embarrassed. Just that flustered look was enough to seal it for Torian, and he chuckled before nodding, "You got it, Asha. Romantic. No fighting involved. And a nice dinner..."
Asha squealed in joy before wrapping her arms around him, "Thank you! Daddy thanks you!" And then she was rushing down the hallway towards the meditation room, yelling out, "Uncle Zeik! Uncle Zeik! I got a favor to ask!"
Reilik moaned as she left, placing his hands to his face, "I am so sorry, Torian... I really don't know where she gets it from..."
"Oh, I do," the Mandalorian chuckled, shaking his head and walking over to the couch to stand in front of the Dark Jedi. "I see a lot of you in her, Reilik, even if you've only known her for a few days." He then was smirking as he knelt down in front of Reilik, pulling the man's hands from his face to stare into those in depth iridescent orbs to the soul. "You should not feel ashamed. She just had the courage that neither one of us could gather..."
"They say children are innocent," Reilik sighed, leaning his forehead against the Mandalorian's. "I believe Asha is anything but innocent..."
Torian snorted before the skin around his eyes crinkled in amusement, "Her innocence is... overrated... at best." As Reilik burst out laughing at that, Torian leaned in and captured his lips in chaste and heated kiss before pulling away. "Now come. I promised your daughter that there would be no fighting involved for our date, but I never promised that there would be no fighting involved before the date started..."
With those words, he was standing and stretching his arms over his head, flexing his muscles, "Would you care to join me for a round of wrestling before we are corralled to do as your daughter wishes?"
Reilik was looking up at him with wide eyes, still slightly unsure if the kiss between them had actually happened. His fingers were lightly grazing his lips, trying to remember the feeling of the blond's lips crashing against him. The quick taste that he got. It was almost overwhelming.
He quickly came out of his reverie as Torian called his name, and he cleared his throat, allowing his hand to fall to his side. "Y-Yeah. I could go for a round with you."
And with those words, he was standing as well, and both were heading down the hallway towards the training room, moving so that they were brushing shoulders, heads tilted towards each other.
Dear Asha. She didn't know how much good she had done. What walls she had broken down between the two.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Another little fluff between Reilik and Torian. The two can't seem to get over their walls of wanting to have a relationship with each other, so Reilik's daughter takes it upon herself to do the deed of making the first move.
Reilik's daughter. Her name is Asha. She is a product of a whore taking advantage of Reilik while he was sleeping and having a very good dream when he was 20. Zeik and Reilik were sent to Tattooine to aid the Republic with building and fighting the Empire. When Reilik found out that the whore that had used him without his consent was pregnant, he did everything he could to help her. Got her out of her job into a better one. He gave her money every month to help take care of her and her daughter. But the Council forbade him from ever meeting the girl.
But of course, now that he is no longer a Jedi, and Zeik is on the Dark Council, Zeik decides that Reilik has the right to meet her. But upon going and visiting, they find out that Asha's mother is sick on her deathbed with a terminal illness that cannot be healed. She begs Reilik to take their daughter and keep her safe, and he cannot say no to her.
Thus starts the relationship of father and daughter between the two. Of course, she is eight, so Reilik has much to make up for, and he desperately tries. He asks Ellona quite a bit for advice on how to deal with Asha, but sometimes he just tries to struggle through the problems on his own, too proud to ask for help.
Zeik has such a soft spot for the little girl as well. He spoils her as much as he can, saying she deserves it for being a Helikias.
Of course, poor little Asha is not Force Sensitive like her father. But that doesn't stop Ulic and Torian from teaching her the ways of the Mandalorians and bounty hunting. But they tend to do it slightly in secret so Reilik doesn't get upset with what they're teaching her at such a young age. She is able to shoot a blaster with precision, even at her age, but enjoys using a techstaff much like Torian. She says its because its the closest she can get to being like her father.

Je'lie's Fear
He sat down in the booth, rubbing his forehead and creasing his eyebrows together. His companion Vector had joined him, but seemed at peace unlike him. The noise of the cantina picked up, bouncing around him with a beat that was made to make life enjoyable, at least for a time.
The man had said he would meet him, and yet he was already twenty minutes late. Usually it didn't bother him, but with things that had been happening lately, he liked to be punctual. Vector turned his fathomless black eyes onto him, and he could see the worry that rippled through the Force from him. "We see your aura is dim. Is everything alright, agent?"
A sigh was his companion's answer, causing Vector's one eyebrow to raise. But before the Joiner could say anything, someone was slipping into the booth beside them, a rather sadistic grin coming to the face of the agent. "You're late..."
"Trivialities," the man shrugged, pulling down the hood of his robe to show both of them a dashing smile. He then seemed to sober, "My apologies. I was... detained."
The agent nodded his head towards the man, "Vector, I'd like you to meet Lord Desiterus. We've known each other for a while..."
"We are humbled," Vector replied, bowing his head slightly to the Sith that was sitting across from him. "We must ask though. Why do you leave our agent waiting?"
The man - Desiterus - smirked as he looked at the agent, "Damn, Je'lie, you know how to choose them, don't you?"
"What can I say? I'm just that good," Je'lie chuckled slightly before it died, and once again he was rubbing his forehead, a sigh escaping his lips.
"It's not really like you to call me up out of the blue, Je," Desiterus frowned, his eyes narrowing slightly. "What is wrong with you?"
"Just stress. And a headache, that's all," Je'lie grumbled to him, dismissing the question easily, but Desiterus wasn't one to be easily swayed, and he knew that.
"No. Enough of that shit! Don't make me persuade you into telling me what I want to know."
"Just... spend a little time with me, will you?" Je'lie whispered, biting at his lip as he scanned the cantina once more, causing Vector to frown slightly.
"Agent..."
"I'm fine, Vector," Je'lie insisted before he was looking once again at Desiterus, internally sighing as he looked into the iridescent eyes of the Sith opposite of him. The facial tattoos were startling against the pounding lights of the cantina, and the Force that wove through him was a trivial thing. Je'lie could see the tainted color of the dark side, yes, but he could see, deep down underneath it all as well, the brilliant shine of the Force like that of the Jedi, and it perplexed him quite a bit.
"You're worried about something," Desiterus's voice brought him out of his internal thoughts. "But what would you of all people worry about?"
"This whole thing with Imperial Intelligence. Me becoming a Cipher," Je'lie moaned out, allowing his head to thump down slightly on the table in front of them. "They've tasked me with finding this damned Eagle, and the amount of cover work I've had to do... The amount of me I've had to shed to become who I needed to be..."
Vector quietly placed his hand on Je'lie's chest. A small, yet intimate, move that had Je'lie sighing greatly. "You're strong, Je'lie, just like I am..." Desiterus smirked greatly, his eyebrows rising slightly at the position that the two were in now. "You'll get through this..." Upon someone stumbling into their table and jostling it, causing Je'lie to moan slightly in discomfort, Desiterus snarled.
Quickly turning his body and holding out his hand, he let lightning fly at the patron that had drunkenly stumbled into them before meandering away. The unsuspecting man screamed out as his body seized up before he fell to the ground, and Desiterus let out a bark of laughter. "Oh, I had forgotten how thrilling that feeling could be, torturing people..."
"And now your Sith persona appears," Je'lie grumbled, turning his head to look at Vector, "Don't let him fool you, Vector. Deep down he's a rather caring individual..."
"Don't say that too loudly," Desiterus frowned, "I'd rather have people think I'm a heartless bastard. It makes it easier to get information when needed..."
Once again Je'lie was placing his forehead against the cool surface of the table, "Just make me a promise, Des... Promise me that you're going to call me weekly until I tell you that you don't have to..."
"You're afraid," Desiterus clarified. "Of what?" He then frowned, "I know it's not for yourself... You're not like that..." His eyes then snapped to Vector, and he at once understood. "Je, if anything were to happen to you I promise that nothing would happen to your companions..."
"You have to swear it," Je'lie frowned as he brought his head up off of the table, causing Vector to squirm slightly in his seat.
"Agent. We can take care of..."
"That's not the point, Vector! The point is that I know you'll be absolutely safe if something happens to me!" Je'lie countered onto him, frowning and putting a hand over the one that Vector had against his chest. "We might have only been together for a short period of time, but you've wound yourself into my life, into my heart! I'm not giving that up for anything..."
Desiterus frowned slightly as he looked at Vector, "You're the only thing in his life that he is joyful for... I was taken away from him, and can never really be with him like he needs..." And then he was nodding, "Alright, I'll do it, Je'lie. Just promise me nothing is going to go wrong... And if it does, promise me that you'll call so I can get my ass over there to pull you out of it!"
"I can make no promises as a Cipher Agent," Je'lie answered, a small smile coming to his face. And then he was placing his hand on Desiterus's shoulder, "It was good to see you again, friend. But I do miss the old you... This maniacal bastard persona that you've got going on... Not sure that I enjoy it. You act too much like my father..."
With that, Vector and him were standing and leaving the booth before making their way out of the cantina. His heart was lifted, he felt a little safer now. Knowing that Vector of all people would be safe from anything that would come their way.
"Your aura, agent. It's once again flaring," Vector mumbled as he leaned in closer to his ear. "Have we told you how much we enjoy your aura?"
"I'm sure you'll tell me now," he smiled softly as he turned his head to look at the Joiner.
"Your aura... It flares and sings for us, agent. We are greatly pleased to be near you," Vector let a small smile grace his lips. He leaned towards Je'lie's ear once again, whispering to him, "Let us go back to the ship, agent. We are needed on Taris, yes? We am sure we could find something for us to do while we travel..."
Just those words caused a shiver to run down Je'lie's spine, and he nodded, "Yes, let's get going!"

Alright. Like I promised. A little short story about Je'lie during the time of SWTOR. For those of you who didn't catch on, Desiterus is Zeik. This is before Ulic finds Zeik again and Zeik remembers his real name.
And yes, in this Je'lie has a love interest with Vector. This is, of course, before he meets Ulic, so it's not that big of a deal. lol. And this is just the beginnings of their relationship.
Poor Je'lie though, always paranoid, always worried about everyone other than himself. It's so saddening. His entire past is littered with sadness, abuse, and no love. But don't worry, he now has Ulic, and Ulic gives him everything he ever needs and more... And later on in the story, Je'lie finds out he's not so lonely as he once thought.
The man had said he would meet him, and yet he was already twenty minutes late. Usually it didn't bother him, but with things that had been happening lately, he liked to be punctual. Oya!
Oya!
That one word vexed him. He didn't know why, but every time the blond Mandalorian bellowed it before starting their training sessions he got such a tingle through his entire body, putting him on alert, allowing him to heighten his senses to feel the muscles coiling underneath the man's skin as they collided and rolled around for dominance.
Maybe it was the way he used it. Or possibly it was the language itself. He remembered Ulic using Mando'a quite a bit around him when the bounty hunter had heightened emotions. Or just maybe... Maybe it was Torian's voice itself.
Any time the Mando'ad would speak to him, he found himself giving the man his entire attention. The way his lips moved, the way his crystalline blue eyes sparkled when he was speaking of something quite important to himself.
Reilik had found himself lately listening in on conversations between Ulic and Torian, trying to discern what the two were saying in Mando'a. He found it a challenge, and he adored challenges. But his mind always played back to Torian bellowing out right before rushing towards him.
Oya!
Moaning, he allowed his head to slam down onto the table, trying to rid his mind of the man that was now a fixation in his life. He found that he could not get the Mandalorian out of his mind at all, and he realized that he didn't want Torian not there. It slightly frightened him. At first it was more of a lust than anything. Torian was appealing to the eye. But now?
Now it was much deeper. He had watched Torian, listened to the man. His values and life demanded respect, honor, something he wasn't always given. Reilik knew what that was like. It was part of the reason he had become his brother's apprentice. The constant reminder that he was no longer respected among the Jedi always hung over his head.
True, it was never vocalized, but the day Zeik had supposedly been killed, Reilik's honor had dwindled to almost nothing. The Helikias, nothing but easy to kill by a mere Sith. There was nothing Reilik could do about it either. The Council sent him on less and less missions, degrading him into watching and corralling the younglings on Corescant. It wasn't a wonder why he had self appointed himself as Ellona's bodyguard.
The sound of boots clipping off of the floor thunked through his ears, causing them to prick slightly. "Cyare?" Torian's voice lilted through his ears, causing him to turn his head and look up at the blond. He looked slightly worried. "Is everything alright? Alor'ad said you were moping..." He then smiled faintly, almost teasingly, "I told him he was mistaken. That the mighty dar'jetii does not mope..."
"What does that mean?" He asked, lifting his head to sit up properly.
"Huh?" Torian asked, tilting his head slightly.
"What you called me," Reilik pushed, standing and coming around the table to stand in front of him, a small smirk flitting across his lips as he realized once again that he was a few inches taller than the Mandalorian.
"What, dar'jetii?" Torian scrunched his nose up slightly for a moment before it was gone, as if the action never existed. "It means Dark Jedi..."
"No, no!" Reilik couldn't help but belt out in laughter, shaking his head. "I know that one! Ulic calls me that all the time..." He then lowered his voice slightly, huskily, "The other word..."
Realization flitted across his face before Torian quickly blushed for a moment. And then he was clearing his throat before changing the subject, "You're late for training..."
"Ni ceta," Reilik smiled faintly.
"Wer'cuy," Torian was quick to reply, shaking his head.
The former Jedi chuckled before he was walking down the hallway towards the training room. And it was at that moment that Torian realized what had just happened, and his eyes went incredibly wide before he was gaping. He then gulped slightly, rushing after Reilik, "You... You know Mando'a!"
Laughter was his answer before Reilik was turning to pin him with a smoldering gaze. And then the Dark Jedi was giving him a devilish smile before thrusting his fist into the air and bellowing out, "Oya!"
Then, quick as lightning, he was bolting down the hallway and lunging onto Torian, taking him to the ground. Wasting little time, he quickly pinned the Mandalorian and straddled him, his smirk lopsided, "Ulic and yourself are rather avid teachers without even knowing it." And then he was leaning down and whispering into his ear, "Cyare..."
Before Torian could catch his breath, Reilik was quickly rolling off of him and standing. Putting his hands behind his head, he meandered down the hallway once again towards the training rooms, "Let's move it, Mando'ad. I've got training with Zeik in a few hours. If you want a full session, you better get that butt moving!"
Oh yes. He had fallen hard. And it had all really started with that one word, that one common Mando'a word...
Oya!

Alright. A little fluff of a short story between Reilik Helikias - Zeik's twin brother and apprentice - and Torian Cadera, who both love each other. It starts out as lust between the both of them, both good looking, capable men. But after time, it becomes more. It becomes deeper.
I really like this one. It was fun and cute to write. I know it's short, but it's meant to be. Just a little fluff before I write a Je'lie story. Yes, that's what is coming next. Good ol' Je'lie. Love it, love him. Love my characters!
And before any of you can say anything about Torian... He always seemed to be gay to me. Don't know why. Maybe it how he talked to Ulic when I played the game, or maybe it's just the way he looked, but I always got a gay vibe off of him, and my gaydar was always beeping when I saw him. lol.

This Isn't the First Time...
He grumbled to himself as he once again slammed his shoulder against the door, pulling back as there was no give and rubbing the offending area that now smarted. He was stuck. And he did not enjoy being stuck. She sat back against the wall, crossing her arms over her chest and sighing, her steely blue eyes taking in his figure as he calculated his chances of brute force against the offending object of his bane.
"Why not just settle and relax?" She asked quietly, not to pleased too pleased to be stuck in the closet with him of all people. She noted with disdain that purple lightning was crackling ever so slightly around his frame, showing his agitation. "We can't break down the door and you've been at it for close to half an hour..."
He glanced sideways at her for a moment before growling and punching the wall, "I don't want to settle. I want to be out of this small, cramped place..."
"We did kind of deserve this," she replied, shrugging. "We did destroy the kitchen while Je'lie was doing whatever he was doing..."
He pinched the bridge of his nose, sighing greatly before sliding to the floor. "This isn't the first time..."
"What?" She asked, her eyebrows rising. She sensed quite the story behind this, and was slightly entertained to know that it wasn't the first time he had been stuck in a closet without the ability to get out. "First time for what?"
He sighed at that point, his iridescent eyes narrowing slightly in agitation, "I was locked in a closet another time with a rather beautiful woman, just like this time..."
She could barely contain her smile at his words. He thought her beautiful. Even though he wasn't himself - mostly - he still thought her beautiful. Maybe there was hope that Zeik could return to his old self and love her once again.
"And how did that happen?" She asked.
He blushed greatly, not too keen on remembering that day and the problems that arose from it. "It all started when Je'lie though it would be a good idea to make an appearance at the opera... If you ask me, he just wanted to go see it..."

He finally sighed upon closing the door to his apartment. He did not enjoy traversing in public. It just didn't feel the same anymore, as if it was wrong for him to be praised as if he was a god. And the women. They just would not leave him alone. Hounding and pestering him over and over again. It felt good... No. Safe. To be within the confines of his own dwelling.
Je'lie had bid him goodnight before leaving him at the door to his apartment building, probably heading back to the space port to shack up with Ulic, who had been busy trying to contact Mandalore about one thing or another. Upon entering the building, he already had three women squealing and pawing at him, and he courteously evaded them, whispering apologies about being tired and needing his rest. They seemed disappointed and angered, but he just couldn't enjoy their company. Something felt wrong whenever he even attempted to flirt with another.
A knock on his door had him standing from position on his couch that he had taken up, wondering what Je'lie had forgotten to tell him. But upon opening his door, he found a rather adamant woman standing there, beaming up at him. Before he could close to door on her face, she was pushing her way inside, grabbing at his robe and pulling at clothing, a wild frenzy within her movements.
"I want you, my Lord," she whispered to him, and he felt slightly nauseous at those words, loosing his bearings and ability to fight for a couple seconds. She took the opportunity to quickly push him towards his bedroom, and upon him finally getting ability back within his arms and legs, he grabbing her shoulders, hoping to dislodge her from himself.
But she clung to him, causing him to tip backwards and into his closet. She fell with him, and as the door hissed shut, he heard and audible click. Cursing to himself, he quickly shoved her off of himself, lunging towards the door and desperately trying to open it, only to silently seethe as he realized the door was locked.
"No!" He cried out, slamming his shoulder into the metal object that stood between him and freedom. "Open!"
"My lord," she murmured behind him, and she could feel her hands roaming across his back. Somehow, he didn't know when, but she had gotten his robe off. Maybe it was when he had lost himself in his thoughts of trying to keep his stomach from rebelling. But her hand played against his skin, and everywhere her fingers touched, a searing wrong was felt. It wasn't that the feeling was unpleasant, no, it felt good... It just didn't feel... right.
He wondered if it had something to do with the past that he couldn't remember, but didn't have much time before he felt her hand curve around over his ribs before making a trail down his chest, and he bit his lip. Just as he was about to yell out at her, he swore he heard Je'lie's voice.
"Je'lie!" He bellowed, banging against the door in hopes that his Imperial Agent would come to his rescue.
"Where are you, Zeik?" His voice was muffled, but it was definitely Je'lie.
"In here!"
There was silence for a minute, and Zeik desperately pushed at the woman that was pawing him, trying to get her to stay away from him. "Where?" Je'lie asked once again.
"Je'lie! I'm locked in my closet! Help!" He cried out. "This woman won't leave me alone! I need to get out of here!"
And then there was laughter before Je'lie's voice came once again, "It'll take me a few minutes, my friend. I'm just exiting my room on the ship... But I'll come and save you... How did you get stuck anyways?"
"She forced her way into the apartment!" Zeik almost whined, banging his fists off of the door. "Just please hurry! She won't stop touching me!"
"My Lord! Please! I don't mind! I want to have your child!" The woman squeaked out, placing her hands on him once again, and he jerked away from her.
"Je'lie! Please! Hurry!" Zeik almost sobbed. He knew he sounded pathetic, but at the moment he didn't care. His pride was nothing when it came to his body rebelling against him at the touch of someone. He hated being touched by someone against his will.
"Big mean Darth can't even take a woman advancing on him," Je'lie's snicker was not missed by Zeik, who frowned as he spun around to stare at the woman.
"It doesn't feel right... They all don't. None of them seem to be like the feeling I had felt once," he growled.
~*~
Ellona smiled slightly at him, laying her head on her kneels, "So, what happened?"
"Je'lie came just in the nick of time," Zeik shuddered. "And Ulic refused to heal the scratches she left all over my back... Still have the scars from those..."
"She scratched your back?" Ellona asked, her eyebrows raising.
"When I wouldn't allow her to paw at me, she hit me hard enough to see stars and then slammed me against the door, raking into my back..." The shake of a head accompanied those words, "It wasn't until after Je'lie got me out of there that I found out she was Mandalorian..." He then rubbed his shoulder, as if remembering the pain, "I'm still leery of closets to this day... And now I'm stuck in another one with a woman..."
"Do I scare you too?" Ellona giggled, leaning towards him slightly.
He shook his head, a small smile flitting across his features before disappearing, "No. You don't scare me. And for some odd reason I feel rather safe with you here beside me..."
Those words had her heart pounding slightly in her chest, a very proud feeling bursting from every seam of her. Maybe he was getting closer to remembering her. Maybe, just maybe, she should hold onto the slight hope that she couldn't seem to extinguish. She so desperately wanted him back, to look at her like he used to look at her. To dote on her how he had on Taris.
He then sighed, running a hand through his hair before looking towards the door, "I'm sorry..."
"For what?" She asked, blinking at him.
"For causing you strife and angering you," he supplied, and she could hear the anguish that radiated from his words. "For harming my brother. For anything I have done without realizing it..." He placed a hand to his forehead, closing his eyes and looking rather thoughtful, as if something vexed him, "There are times where I can't remember doing something... black outs... Ulic fills in the pieces I can't remember, but it still irks me." He then opened his eyes to stare into her steely blue ones, "Sometimes I believe he doesn't tell me the truth of the matter. And I know he does it to try not to hurt me, but I feel horrible nonetheless."
He then rubbed his chest, a phantom pain radiating from his old scar on the left side of his chest, "I know I've done horrible things, and I cannot change that fact. It's something that will haunt me for the rest of my life and beyond that. But I just wish..." He then shook his head. "Just forget I said anything."
She stayed silent, watching him closely for a moment before placing her hand on his arm, causing him to jump slightly and look over at her. The small smile that worked its way to her delicate lips had him feeling more at ease. "You two are really close, aren't you?"
"Yeah, we are," he nodded, a smile matching hers coming to his face and lighting it up. "We have been for years, I guess... He's given up quite a bit for me..."
"He doesn't see it like that," she explained. "He seems to be the type of man that wants the best for everyone he comes across, be it enemy or friend..."
"Oh no," Zeik chuckled at her false sense of Ulic. "He only uses that side of himself for his friends. His enemies see the cold Ulic. The man he used to be when he was part of the Vizsla clan, one of their best." His face then darkened, "You never want to see that Ulic."
It was after those words that the door hissed before opening, showing a rather irate Je'lie standing there, his stance one of anger while the Force around him wavered with his agitation. "I'll let you out if you promise to stay the hell away from the kitchen for the remainder of your life!" As both just stared at him, he growled, "You're both forbidden from stepping foot on the floor that makes up Ulic's personal space! You cannot go in there to get a snack, to get a drink, to make anything or even grab a fruit!" And then he was standing to the side, indicating with his head towards the room that lay beyond the closet, "Now get out of there! And I swear if you even think of disobeying me, I'll introduce you to the old me..."
Zeik shivered for a moment before looking at Ellona, who looked ready to argue with him, "No. I don't ever want to meet Cipher Nine, Je'lie..."
She just eyed him, confused as to why he would be afraid of Je'lie of all people. The ex-agent didn't seem to be someone that was frightening. "There are things about his past that you never want to know, Ellona," Zeik just whispered to her before quickly walking out of the closet and sauntering out of the room, leaving a slightly confused Ellona behind him.
"You weren't that bad, were you Je'lie?" She asked, exiting the closet as well.
He smirked at her, "You should contact an old lover of mine and ask him... Vector would tell you the truth about me." And then he too was leaving the room, leaving Ellona to stand there and slightly wonder about the men she was traveling with.
Could it actually be? Could there be a sinister side to all of them? Zeik, yes, she had seen it, but Ulic and Je'lie? Both seemed down to earth and full of heart. They couldn't possibly be soulless. Could they? What were their pasts like? What horrors did they live? Now she was curious. Now she wanted to know. But she doubted she'd ever find out the truth. They seemed to be the type of men that kept things close to the chest.
And that caused her to sigh greatly in slight agitation before she exited the room and headed towards her own, mulling over her thoughts. Maybe one day... maybe they would open up to her fully. Until then, it would eat at her until she knew the truth.

A little side story to a part that actually happens in the story where Zeik and Ellona get locked into a closet of their ship by Je'lie, who is incredibly pissed at them for incredibly trashing and ruining the ship's kitchen. He probably wouldn't have been so angry, except that the kitchen is Ulic's pride and joy. His "personal space" that's one of the only constants in his life.
Oh, and Je'lie's name is pronounced Gee-lay.
I'm finding it rather hard to write Zeik. Maybe it's because I've fallen in love with Ulic and Je'lie so much. They had more of a rough past then Zeik and Reilik (his name is pronounced relic). And I think I can relate to them a little more than I can Zeik and Reilik... Hmm. lol.
Well, I hope you enjoy it. I'm not too sure I like it, but I kind of do. I'm weird, I know.

Ulic don't swing that way, mate!
Ulic stood there, rubbing the back of his neck in unease as the young woman eyed him closely, her gaze narrowing on him. Did he have something on his face, maybe? Why was she staring at him so? Was it because he was an alien and a Mando'ad?
The cyborg bounty hunter that had brought him to this place beamed towards her, "I told you I would introduce you to a great Mandalorian, didn't I, Jilly?" As she didn't answer him, he pushed on, "His name's Ulic Balios! He's part of the Viszla clan!" Turning to look at Ulic, he continued once again, "Kid's got a lot of talent, Jilly! You'd like him!"
"Uhm," Ulic mumbled, only to go silent as her green eyes surveyed him closely. "Rython..." He then sighed, "The only reason I let you drag me here was because you said that there would be some great hunts that I could get my hands on..." He frowned as he indicated with his hands to the young woman, "And this is not the hunting I was talking about, mate!"
"Aw, c'mon, mate!" Rython beamed once again as he wrapped an arm around her shoulders, "You've got to admit she's rather cute!"
The blush that spread over Jilly's fair skin caused Ulic to snort and shake his head, "You don't seem to understand, Rython... The only reason I came was for the hunts..."
"Just get to know her, Ulic! C'mon! You owe me!"
It was Ulic's turn to blush, and blush he did. It stood out greatly on his dark blue skin, "You're still hoarding that over my head, aren't you?" His eyes narrowed, "I've paid you back in full... Thrice over, Rython, and you know it!"
"Do an ol' man a favor, would you?" Rython almost pouted, and Ulic couldn't control the roll of his eyes. "I just want the best for my little girl, mate! You'd want the same..." He then smirked, indicating with his hands to the entirety of Ulic, "And you're the best..."
"I wouldn't go that far, Rython," Ulic grumbled before waving his hand in the air flippantly, "Besides, I'm no longer a member of the Viszla clan..."
"What?" Rython asked, his eyes going wide in his shock. "You were one of their best! Why'd you decide to leave?"
Ulic shook his head before shrugging, "Personal, mate, you wouldn't understand." He then gave a dashing smile, "Besides, Mandalore said it was a good change for me..." And then he was looking at Jilly, "Well, since the ol' coot drug me here, and you as well I presume, might as well talk to you..."
"Great!" Rython beamed forward spinning on his heel and walking away, "I'll be back later to pick you up, Ulic..."
Ulic's jaw dropped, and Jilly snickered slightly, "You haven't known dad very long, have you?"
Blinking repeatedly for a few seconds, Ulic tried to comprehend her words and get over the fact that Rython was leaving him in the presence of a girl. He was petrified around girls. "Uh... Uhm... actually. I've known him for close to five years... Yeah, five years."
He then cleared his voice, holding out his hand, "Su'cuy... Name's Ulic Balios... I'd say I'm the best damned bounty hunter around, but well, haven't earned that title yet..."
She eyed him closely before hesitantly taking his hand, "Jilly. I'm Rython's daughter."
"Yes... well, uhm..." He mumbled, rubbing the back of his neck as she let his hand go. "It seems we're going to be getting to know each other..." With that, he sat down in the chair that was near him, tilting it back slightly and placing the heels of his feet up on the table before throwing his arms wide, "Any questions you have?"
"You're Chiss." It was more of an observation, but Ulic shrugged.
"My entire life, lass," he then smirked. "Mandalore found me when I was young. I had fought and killed three Imperial guards before I was surrounded. Mandalore swooped in and saved my sorry ass, saying I was worthy of the Mando'ad name..." He then raised his eyebrows towards her, "And what about you? A smuggler workin' for the Republic while your daddy is a bounty hunter workin' for the great Empire. How did that come along?"
She sat down in the chair on the opposite side of the table, crossing her arms over her chest and frowning slightly, "You couldn't pay me enough credits to tell you that story..."
"Oh-ho!" Ulic seemed to beam as he sniffed the air, "I smell a challenge in there..."
"I don't want to talk about it," she smiled slightly at him, shrugging.
Ulic sobered at once, nodding, "I've got a few of those stashed in my past as well, lass, so no worries..." He then raised his eyebrows, "So, why is big ol' daddy trying to set you up with people? Especially Mando'ads?" He then snorted, "He has to know that we usually go for our own women... Less issues with our beliefs and honor..."
She rolled her eyes, running a hand through her fiery red hair, and a sigh escaped her lips, "He wants to find me the perfect man, I guess.... Not to mention he doesn't always approve of the guys that I end up having crushes on..."
Ulic sighed at that, allowing his booted feet to thump upon the floor as he brought them down, "I'm sorry to say, kitten, but Ulic don't swing your way..."
She smirked at him, "I kind of figured..." As he sputtered, she continued, "It's hard keeping guys attention from my breasts or my butt, or other things on my body, yet you almost seem like you don't want to be near me, and not because you don't like me..."
"I'm petrified of women," Ulic whispered.
"What?" She laughed, wrapping her arms around her abdomen and allowing her peals of laughter to fill the area around them.
Ulic blushed, "Hey! Don't be goin' and tellin' the whole world now! It's just..." He cleared his voice, "My old clan sister was just so... scary... And I... I kinda believe that all women are like that, deep down..." He then frowned, "You're just like Zeik, making fun of me..."
He then smirked devilishly as he eyed her, "Hmm... I think I'll keep my eyes out for a perfect man for you, kitten! I'll send then your dad's way..." Her laughter stopped while his started.
It was around an hour later that both caught sight of Rython as he made his way back through the cantina towards them, a huge smile gracing his lips. They didn't stop their conversation though as he approached.
"You're telling me that he tripped over a pebble and fell as he was trying to aim?" Jilly was giggling hysterically as Ulic was smirking, back in his original position with his feet up on the table. Only this time he had his hands linked behind the back of his head.
"Yup. He ended up shooting his companion Mako in her shoulder," Ulic snorted, a huge smile spreading across his lips. "I remember that she didn't stop crying and complaining to him about it for hours... Even after I had fully healed her and there were no scars!"
"Yeah, Mako can be a bitch," Rython added his credits into the conversation. And then he was snickering, "But that's nothing compared to the whooping she put on you for turning her down for drinks..."
At that comment, Jilly burst out laughing and shook her head, and Ulic gave a lopsided grin at Rython's confused face. "Ulic don't swing that way, mate..." And then he gained a little bit of silent satisfaction as Rython's face went from confused to thoughtful before landing on completely shocked. He then burst out laughing as well, "She's not rightly equipped..."
As Rython sputtered and looked ashamed, Jilly quelled her laughter slightly, patting her father's arm, "Don't feel bad dad, not everyone flaunts it... Us women are just good at seeing it..."
"You... You're..." Rython started, only to shake his head. "I-I... I never knew..."
Ulic pointed at him, bursting out laughing once again. "Wanted it... That... Way!" He said between gasps of air. And then, as Rython was opening his mouth to say something, Ulic held up his hand, slightly gaining his bearing once again, "You're not my type, Skeyts. No thank you..." And then he snorted before standing and patting Jilly on the shoulder, "You're alright, kitten. We'll have to get together more often for drinks and talkin'! I enjoyed myself!" He then punched her arm briefly, "Don't be a stranger, got it? You call me once in a while! I'll be waiting!" With that, he was heading towards the entrance, his gait one full of honor and belief.
"I... I can't believe," Rython mumbled, slumping down into the chair that Ulic had been occupying. "He's... gay..."
"And one hell of a good time, dad!" Jilly pointed out. "Totally worth the hour wasted! Thanks." With that, she was standing before giving him a hug and a kiss on the cheek. And then she too was leaving.
"I never noticed," Rython whispered to himself. And then Ulic's words hit him, and he frowned, "Hey! What did he mean, not his type?" He frowned, "I'm a great catch! An awesome bounty hunter! A Mandalorian!"
A snort had him looking up, only to see Ulic standing there, looking smug, "Udesii, Rython. I just meant that you're not quite what I would look for..."
"Thought you were gone..." Rython grunted, looking a little agitated.
"Nur jerkad Mando'ade, bur'kya!" Ulic nodded, a small upset look coming to his eyes, "I've upset you. I didn't want to upset you."
"Eh," Rython waved him off, "Just hurt my pride, is all. I'm usually wanted by many... It was a shock that I wasn't your type, that's all..."
"You think you're every one's type," Ulic rolled his eyes.
"But back to my statement... I thought you were gone."
"You brought me here... You're my ride. How could I leave without you," The Chiss smirked a lopsided smirk. "Besides, admit it... You missed me..."
"Don't get your hopes up, Chissy-boy," Rython snorted, standing from his chair and punching Ulic's shoulder. "Can't believe you kept it from me that you were gay!"
"You made it rather easy to ogle you without you knowing, ya know?" Ulic snickered. "Whenever we jump into battle, you're always, 'Hukaat'kama!'" He then waggled his eyebrows, "By the way, now that you know, I'd like to comment, your backside... I'll watch it any given day... It's mighty fine."
With that, the two were exiting the cantina, bickering back and forth about one thing or another.
Ulic don't swing that way, mate. She ain't equipped for the job!

Just a little snippet of a story about before the storyline of SWTOR bounty hunter Ulic. It has special guests Jilly Skeyts and Rython Skeyts, my best friend Cat's characters. Rython and Ulic are best of buds, and Rython seems to set Jilly up with people, like a good dad usually does.
I'm not sure if I got her characters correct, but I wanted it to be a little light hearted and fun in a sense. I kind of like the rough and raw flow of this... And I just couldn't resist. This thought came into my head about Ulic actually saying that to one of his friends... And it just so happened that Rython is his only true friend that doesn't know he's gay.
I got the thought for this when I was playing with Aidan, for some odd reason. Weird, I know, but when I play with my boys, Ulic and Je'lie usually come to the forefront of my mind... Probably because I think those two would make amazing parents if they ever had any kids... that's after the fact that Ulic has to do emergency care of them for getting into weapons that they shouldn't. lol
The cyborg bounty hunter that had brought him to this place beamed towards her, "I told you I would introduce you to a great Mandalorian, didn't I, Jilly?" "I never noticed," Rython whispered to himself.

Probably because I think those two would make amazing parents if they ever had any kids... that's after the fact that Ulic has to do emergency care of them for getting into weapons that they shouldn't. lol
